REFUND POLICY

aayubowan.com guarantees a quality product and services to all our customers. if you are not fully satisfied with the services or product received, we will  investigate all complaints, and in the event of all genuine complaints,  a refund or product replacement will be given,

If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. 

The gift item/s must be returned to us unused and in its original condition within 2 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

Any item, which includes software, must be returned with the software unopened.
