The Aayubowan Guarantee
At Aayubowan we are committed to an exceptional service and
products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your gift or its delivery, you are welcome to
contact us.
Our
network of supplier, being extievely fastidious, offers us only the
best. Hence we in turn are able to give you the best quality product
available in the Sri Lankan Market.
Order Changes and
Cancellations
Aayubowan
is unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or
delivered. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be
delivered today, call +94 727 39 39 22. For other changes, contact
us through the “contact
us page “.
Problems with an Order
At
Aayubowan, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent
service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order,
please
let us know.
Delivery Policy
Every gift
you select from Aayubowan is personally hand-delivered by a
professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as
quickly as possible.
In order
to ensure the best in the delivery service, orders must be placed at
least 24 hours ahead.
Orders
placed before 12:00 Noon in the recipient's time zone. Will be
delivered the next day. Orders received after that time will be
delivered the following day.
We
recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance,
before major holidays
Delivery to Hospitals
When
placing your order to Hospitals, please make sure to include the
hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and
room number or ward of the recipient. Our well trained team will
take care of the rest.
Aayubowan
will send your gifs in accordance to procedures, as most hospitals
do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms.
Please note that ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers.
Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
In such
instances where delivery to the recipient is not permitted and a
third party is involved, such as hospitals, Wedding halls, hotels
and ships, the signature of an authorized person to accept delivery
on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery
to your chosen recipient.
Recipient Not Home
If you
have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift, please
note same in the Special Delivery Instructions. In all other cases,
if the recipient is not at home when the delivery team attempts a
delivery, they will either:
o Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
o Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact
Aayubowan to schedule a delivery time
o Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home
(porch, garage, or other entrance)
o Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on
the recipient's door with this
information
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary
due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case
with the gift you've selected, our experienced team will ensure that
the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved
and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Any such
changes will be notified to you.

For your
convenience, Aayubowan accepts Visa, Master, American Express,
paypal and
2CO. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before
submitting your order.
Order-Related E-mails
Shortly
after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation
e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the
details of your order, including an order number.
To show
our appreciation, you will receive a Thank You e-mail from us when
your gift has been received. |
